From plant-batched pigment to tinted final sealer.

Integral Color

Pre-measured pigment packets that go into the truck at the plant. The most consistent way to color a full slab — color all the way through, not just on the surface.

Color Hardener

Surface-applied dry shake color, broadcast over the wet slab and floated in. Produces a stronger surface and a more saturated color than integral alone.

Liquid Release

Antiquing release for stamped work. Earth-tone secondary color that gives the finished pour real depth.

Acid Stain

Reactive stain for cured concrete. Variegated, mottled finish — popular for interior basement and entry floors.

Water-Based Stain

Non-reactive stain available in a much wider color range than acid stain. UV-stable for exterior applications.

Tinted Sealers

Lightly tinted concrete sealers. Refresh the look of a tired stamped patio without re-staining.

FAQ

Concrete color & stain questions answered.

Integral color is added to the wet concrete at the plant, producing consistent through-color that stays visible even if the surface chips or wears. Color hardener is broadcast on the surface of the wet slab and floated in — it produces a richer, more saturated color and a harder surface layer, but adds material cost and finishing labor.
